We’re thrilled to welcome Secretary Sean Duffy as our featured speaker on Thursday morning. To accommodate his appearance, we’ve shifted several office visits to Wednesday afternoon.

Wednesday, March 4

  • 2:00 – 4:00 pm: Briefing Session – Capitol Visitor Center, Room SVC-210
  • 4:15 – 5:00 pm: Office visits on Capitol Hill
  • 6:30 – 9:00 pm: Reception and Dinner – Clyde’s of Gallery Place, 707 7th St NW, Washington, DC 

Thursday, March 5

  • 8:30 – 10:00 am: WI Infrastructure Policy Breakfast – Capitol Visitor Center, Room SVC-201-00
  • 10:30 am – 12:30 pm: Office visits on Capitol Hill 

Important Reminders

  • The entire Fly-in takes place on Capitol Hill. Please allow ample time for security screening.
  • The first session is in the Capitol Visitor Center (Room SVC-210). Bring a valid photo ID for entry. Refer to the Capitol Hill map for navigation details.
  • Double-check your flight details and confirm reservations 24 hours before departure.
  • Attendees are responsible for their own ground transportation in D.C. Many locations are walkable; options include sharing a cab, taking the Metro, or using buses.
  • Confirm your hotel’s check-in/check-out times. If needed, arrange luggage storage with bell services before check-in or after check-out.
