TDA will provide printed copies of the agenda and issue papers to each attendee. All other documents can be viewed online or printed at your convenience.

We’re thrilled to welcome Secretary Sean Duffy as our featured speaker on Thursday morning. To accommodate his appearance, we’ve shifted several office visits to Wednesday afternoon.
Wednesday, March 4
- 2:00 – 4:00 pm: Briefing Session – Capitol Visitor Center, Room SVC-210
- 4:15 – 5:00 pm: Office visits on Capitol Hill
- 6:30 – 9:00 pm: Reception and Dinner – Clyde’s of Gallery Place, 707 7th St NW, Washington, DC
Thursday, March 5
- 8:30 – 10:00 am: WI Infrastructure Policy Breakfast – Capitol Visitor Center, Room SVC-201-00
- 10:30 am – 12:30 pm: Office visits on Capitol Hill
Important Reminders
- The entire Fly-in takes place on Capitol Hill. Please allow ample time for security screening.
- The first session is in the Capitol Visitor Center (Room SVC-210). Bring a valid photo ID for entry. Refer to the Capitol Hill map for navigation details.
- Double-check your flight details and confirm reservations 24 hours before departure.
- Attendees are responsible for their own ground transportation in D.C. Many locations are walkable; options include sharing a cab, taking the Metro, or using buses.
- Confirm your hotel’s check-in/check-out times. If needed, arrange luggage storage with bell services before check-in or after check-out.
